Focus sur Tunis-Medindustrie 2012

Focus on:

Held from 13 to 16 June 2012 at Kram Exhibition Park, the second edition of the Tunis-Medindustrie was inaugurated by the Head of Government Mr .Hamadi JEBALI and enhanced by the presence of several personalities from the business world.

600 business meetings between Tunisian and foreign companies tok place within the framework of B to B meetings of this important event organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Tunis.

A large number of visitors between leaders, contractors, developers and carriers of ideas were present at  Kram Exhibition Park

the guest of honor of the second edition was Algeria with the presence of Regional Subcontracting and Partnership  Regrouping  of the Centre, the East, the West and the South which insure the support to  business activities  to companies, interlinking business relations, the organization of economic events related to outsourcing, the organization of specialized exhibitions in Algeria, the support for SMEs in international level, the  assistance to companies  , the establishment of a set of  business relationships.

These regrouping were accompanied by  ALGEX and several Algerian industrial  companies and Algerian Business Journal.

Similarly Medindustrie hosted an exhibition about computer security "Security Expo North-Africa 2012" dedicated to protecting the security  , in which 54 companies in the sector  were presented.

57 French companies and especially English companies  representing the sector  of ​​electricity,  measurement, vision optics, laser participated at the Space "New events" hosted by the Tunis-Medindustrie Exhibition
.

50 French companies participated at the space dedicated to "Enova Tunisia."

A series of conferences, workshops and round tables were organized at the same sector.

Our traditional partner the Chamber of Commerce of Marseille-Provence has attributed its collaboration to Via Marseilles-Fos in organizing an Information Day on "Marseille, Tunisie, Libye: Tirons profit d’un axe majeur  ! ".

Tunis Medindustrie 2012: Several themes for one purpose

Tunis-based Medindustrie 2012 is based in its second edition on three axes, the exhibition, B2B contacts who recorded 600 pre-organized contacts between Tunisian and foreign industrials from Malta, Britain, Algeria, Iraq….In addition,  a program of workshops that deals with  several topics focusing on  Industry, Innovation, Competitiveness and Business Intelligence with two special panels Algeria and Marseille.

Very often we hear speaking about Quality management system of a company, of the existence of an organism that is responsible for the certification of certain companies, namely the Management Unit of the National Program for the Promotion of quality that has been created within the Ministry of Industry, which aims to achieve the national program for the promotion of quality.

According to Mm. Amel Ben Farhat Director-objective Management Unit of the National Program for the Promotion of Quality the objective outlined by this organism is to increase the number of certified companies, by 2014 to 2000 companies.

The same theme that presents the range of programs that support the company, M. Chokri BEN AMEUR - Consultant Program PCAM spoke about the CE marking, which presents according to him an evidence of compliance with guidelines to ensure the system of quality management, this device permit to check product requirements by facilitating access of products

Mr. Ahmed Douib, Director in charge of Innovation, Ministry of Industry, spoke in its intervention about Innovation and its impact on the productivity and competitiveness of the company stating that "Innovation is the line of demarcation between successful companies and those destined to disappear ".

from Innovation began Mr. Wissem Krifa; responsible for ID intelligence .Net Consultant of Innovation Management (Network of Experts in Innovation and Sustainable Development) in his speech on the Business Intelligence explaining that "In general, the invention is the work of the R & D team in a given company to innovate but they can not be effective because they are disconnected from the market where the importance of Market Intelligence ".

The Relations between Tunisia and Algeria was in the center of the panel "Algeria Guest of Honor of the exhibition " who started in the opening day, the panel was chaired by Mr. Abderrahmane Bouali Director of Subcontracting and Partnership stock Exchange of the western Algeria, and who presented the approach for the establishment within the framework of a complementarily  win-win partnership for inter Maghreb for the coverage of maghreb market needs ".

He spoke about the opportunities, areas for development and Tunisian-Algerian partnership and he called for the Establishment of a public-private partnership between the two countries by choosing to import from Tunisia and Morocco as foreign Investing countries.

Mr.Bouali added that we must "Bringing a stone to build a common future" and recommended to create a Maghrab common exhibition for new projects.

In this context the company SMPCA witnessed the completion of an Algerian-Tunisian industrial project..

The Chamber of Commerce of Marseille-Provence has organized the panel "Via Marseilles-Fos" and it is dedicated to the theme "Marseille, Tunisie, Libye : Tirons profit d’un axe majeur! ".

Mr. Jean-Claude Terrier, CEO of Grand Maritime Port of Marseille.  He spoke about Marseille Fos Port, the largest sea port, and relevant supply chain and commercial relationships between Tunisia and Marseille.

In the Margin of Tunis Medindustrie 2012

- Signing of a Memorandum of Agreement between the CCIT and the Chamber of Commerce Al-Moussel.

The Friday, June 15, 2012, a Memorandum of Agreement was signed between the CCIT and the Chamber of Commerce Al-Moussel respectively by  Mr .Mounir Mouakhar, the  President of the CCIT and at the Kram Exhibition; location of the  International Exhibition of Industrial Partnership and Innovation "Tunis-Medindustrie".

The objective of the Agreement is expected to strengthen bilateral and economic relations between businessmen of the two countries

- Signing of Memorandum of Agreement between TRADE ASSOCIATION of Freight Forwarders of Marseille and TRADE ASSOCIATION Freight Forwarders of Tunis.

It was the culmination of the workshop which took place Thursday, June 14, 2012 in the margin of  the International Exhibition medindustrie Tunis, animated by Via Marseilles FOS (CCIMP, Great Port of Marseille and the Maritime and Fluvial Union), under the theme "Marseille, Tunisie, Libye: Tirons profit d’un axe majeur."

Inevitable is Tunisia, this is what Mr  BALLADUR Hervé, President of Via Marseilles Fos has said in the opening session .

Believing that Tunisia is in the 6th place among the customers of the Port of Marseille, given the cultural and geographical proximity, relations between the two ports is the most preferred.

This workshop was crowned by the signature of a Memorandum of Agreement between TRADE ASSOCIATION of Freight Forwarders of Marseille and TRADE ASSOCIATION Freight Forwarders of Tunis.

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Tunis in partnership with Made in Tunisia has reserved a special B2B space:" Tunis-Medindustrie 2012" dedicated to industrial professionals

It is an opportunity for an exchange of know-how with Tunisian and foreign exhibitors specializing in industrial sectors (suppliers, industrials , contractors, service providers , prescribes , buyers, contractors ...). These business meetings registered 600 contacts B2B.
