Within the framework of your participation in the exhibition Tunis-MedIndustrie 2013 and in order to allow us to assist you for the transit of your goods in Tunis, we ask you to transmit as soon as possible to us, and this before their forwarding, all information concerning your goods:

• invoice/packing of the goods,
• go back to forwarding,
• N° of LTA, co-ordinates of the flight
• Name and maritime company of the ship in the event of sending by boat,
• Agent in Tunisia.

This information is necessary to indicate the name of the recipient to you to be mentioned on the document of transport and for the establishment of the manifest cargo liner

We also ask you to take the following advice:

- To use a notebook ATA for the goods in temporary export. This system allows a transit of your goods in 02 days with the 10 days place working AND WITHOUT  GUARANTEE FOR THE CUSTOMS for the declaration of temporary admission  with  NOTEBOOK ATA (you mention the name of the exhibitor on the notebook and    remain  documents)

- for the declaration of temporary admission  with  INVOICE (it is necessary to mention the name of the organization which one goes  to use  its code in customs for    taking out of bond, is the code of the organizer Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Tunis  CCIT  or that    fair international of Tunis it is necessary  that all  documents  carry  the name of this organization)

- If, in addition to the goods in temporary export you have goods in final export, (documentation, articles promotional), to place them in parcels or pallets distinct from the goods in temporary admission and to establish two distinct invoices, for the temporary one and for the final one (it is necessary to mention the name of the organization which one goes  to use  its code in customs for    taking out of bond, is it  code of the organizer Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Tunis  CCIT or that    fair international of Tunis it is necessary  that all  the documents bear the name of this organization)

- Small quantities of promotional printed papers form can be placed in the parcels; however, in the event of significant quantity, we ask you to dispatch them with a value for customs not exceeding 50 euros.
